Lauren cohen
Lauren Cohen is the CEO and Founder of Craft Lab ATL. A former actress turned recruiter and HR pro, she has spent her entire career obsessed with people — understanding them, connecting them, and creating experiences that bring them together. Today, she channels that energy into leading Craft Lab’s sales, partnerships, and creative direction, shaping every event to be as stylish as it is meaningful.
Her approach blends theatre-trained storytelling, corporate savvy, and a love of beautiful things. Whether curating a custom workshop for a corporate offsite or designing a one-of-a-kind party experience, Lauren’s focus is always the same: create moments that feel elevated, intentional, and unforgettable.
When she’s not running Craft Lab, Lauren is raising three creative kids with her husband and wrangling Waffles, the family Cavapoo. You can usually find her experimenting with alcohol inks, firing up her xTool laser cutter, or adding rhinestones to something that absolutely did not need rhinestones — because, let’s be honest, everything needs rhinestones.
Adrienne Hoyt
Adrienne Hoyt is the COO of Craft Lab ATL. With a background in communications and operations, she’s spent her career turning big ideas into seamless, scalable systems. At Craft Lab, Adrienne oversees operations, client experience, and logistics — making sure every workshop runs flawlessly and every guest leaves feeling taken care of.
Adrienne brings a grounded, detail-oriented presence to the whirlwind of creativity at Craft Lab. She blends strategic thinking with a passion for beautiful design, ensuring every experience — from corporate retreats to private parties — feels elevated, intentional, and stress-free.
Outside of Craft Lab, Adrienne is raising two kids with her husband, caring for Royal the French bulldog and a spirited collection of lizards. She’s equally passionate about perfecting her sourdough starter, staying on top of her wellness routine, and sprinkling a little magic into everyday life.
ABBY Kelley
Abby Kelley is the Creative Director and Co-Founder of Craft Lab ATL. Known for her impeccable taste and eye for detail, Abby is the aesthetic heart of Craft Lab — shaping the look, feel, and flow of every event. From concept development to color palettes, she ensures each project is stylish, on-trend, and totally Instagram-worthy.
Abby believes that creativity should feel effortless and inspiring, and she designs Craft Lab experiences to be just that — approachable, beautiful, and memorable. Whether it’s a corporate team activation or a private celebration, she brings a design-first approach that makes every gathering feel special.
Outside of Craft Lab, Abby is raising three kids with her husband, chasing after Nala the family dog, and perfecting her tennis game. Her ideal evening includes a beautifully set table, a mezcal cocktail, and a chance to turn everyday moments into something worth celebrating.
